Romeo's Road will never discriminate against owners or pets based upon breed or type of animal. Romeo's Road is an independent organization and has no pre-established relationships with particular veterinarians or animal hospitals. Pet care choices will be made based upon the best interests of the pet, considering various factors such as diagnosis, recommended treatments, prognosis for recovery, and cost of treatment.

Romeo’s Road’s geographical focus is on families and pets that live in central Florida, primarily Volusia, Flagler, Brevard and Seminole counties.
Funding decisions are based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, medical urgency, financial need, available funding and eligibility. Denial of funding requests may result for several reasons, including assistance requests in excess of Romeo’s Road’s funding capability.
Romeo’s Road will not approve requests for basic needs such as grooming or neutering services, unless they are related to an approved assistance request.
